The Maine Township Trustees of Schools meet four times annually on the first Mondays of January, April, July and October (or if such Monday falls on a holiday, then on the following Monday). Special meetings may be called by the President of the Trustees, or by three Trustees. Three Trustees constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
